Job Description

As a project coordinator, you will work to develop and create conditions in the university's premises and environments based on various operational needs and activities. You will lead and coordinate various improvement projects and provide administrative support in local development/planning. You will be responsible for contacts with property-related suppliers and collaborate with many stakeholders within the university. You will conduct inspections together with the property owner to develop maintenance plans for the premises. You will be involved in the process of improvement measures in premises that arise during, for example, work environment inspections in collaboration with those responsible for occupational health and safety. You will be responsible for the process of reuse, purchasing, and delivery of furniture, and will produce project plans, governing documents, and informational materials. If necessary, you will assist with property services.

Qualifications

You have at least a high school diploma and relevant work experience in local and property work. You have worked in a similar role, such as a local planner or project manager, for a few years and have knowledge of early-stage projects, property and local development, as well as planning, driving, and implementing improvement projects. It is an advantage if you have education in project management and experience with project work for premises within universities and colleges. You have a good command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written forms and have good knowledge of English in both spoken and written forms.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, meticulous, and responsible. You have a good ability to collaborate and work with others, and you are creative, curious, and attentive. You are proactive and have an easy time identifying needs and seeing the bigger picture. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
